Refund policy

Returns:

For change-of-mind purchases you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

• You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Please attach pictures of the above when requesting the return to the thenarrowroadadmin@gmail.com.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a full refund.

• Product Images are for illustration purposes only. Slight variations in colour, texture or design may occur due to lighting and natural materials. 

 

Damaged product returns:

In the event that you receive your product in a damaged or unfit condition, please contact us immediately at thenarrowroadadmin@gmail.com.

Please attach sufficient pictures and descriptions of the state of the product when you received it. 

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
