Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location and courier services.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet the estimated shipping timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Unforeseen events such as weather disruptions or strikes

The Narrow Road is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors beyond our control. If your order takes longer than expected, please allow additional time for delivery.

Out of Stock

If we are out of stock (due to high demand - we're getting people closer to Jesus), it will take between 2-3 Weeks.
You will be provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
